Star Wars Lore Episode XCV - The Life of Quinlan Vos

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlsS_N_PS8w

The Clone Wars including Quinlan Vos became a strange new era, pairing him with Ventress and resulting in the Christie Golden novel.

This video series  helps to reconcile this new Vos with the older, Dark Horse one, where he was allowed to go undercover to the Nightsisters of Dathomir directly, and Dooku does not remember anything about 'Admiral Enigma' trying to kill him after he cuts down Assaj  (in Golden's romance).

I have read Christie's book now, and it paints Quinlan as a sort of naive 'Goodfellas' gangster with a heart of mush, rather than the Dark Horse badass who operated out of the Wheel trade outpost and watched his future baby-momma grow up in the gutter.  (yes, I mean that ruby-haired Khaleen)

The maker of this video series dearly wants us to weigh in upon Quin's possible future under the Disney label, and is soliciting comments.  Please leave one.

I am still trying to work out how to fit Disney's Clone Wars Vos  into the Dark Horse earlier EU ...They can never eliminate things that Lucas put into the films about Quin and Aayla, but they let Christie KILL THOLME!   Ostrander and Duursema not only let him live in their final Republic issues, but they guaranteed that Quin could reproduce with Khaleen and put the yellow stripe on baby Korto's face.

She has done us all a great disservice by ignoring the work  of his creators.  They after all were accepted by Lucas, the ultimate badge of favor.  Even if their publisher got kicked to the curb, Vos fans must rally to keep his history as his graphic novel 'mom and dad'  molded it.

Jaxxon's Twi'leks 14 --- Choice

Title: Jaxxon's Twi'leks 14 --- Choice author: helgaleena helgaleenas@yahoo.com Series: post TPM Rating: PG-13 for non-con and femslash implied, Warning: masturbation Disclaimer: Lucas owns the StarWars universe and I am nothing Summary: Twi'lek feminine solidarity aboard the Rabbit's Foot, on its way to Ryloth the continuing slash adventures of Quinlan Vos She hadn't chosen this. Or had she? At some point, she had decided to take advantage of Bib Fortuna. That he had been exiled from Ryloth for life didn't mean that he was powerless, or poor. He only wanted what any male wanted from a female. She was expert at pretending to like it. And it was in many ways comforting, to have so many choices, so many responsibilities, taken away. He found out where she was getting her birth control, and stopped it. He tied her up and took her, systematically, until she was carrying. Then she'd had a hostage, to use agai...

Jaxxon's Twi'leks Ch 2 Nerf Steaks

Jaxxon's Twi'leks by: helgaleena setting: post TPM pairings: Quin-Jaxxon, Quin-other, Jaxxon-other warnings: slash, interspecies slash, interspecies het rated: R disclaimer: Lucas owns everything (if he still wants it!), I am nothing Nerf Steaks Lunch went pretty smoothly. The food was locally grown, which was always a plus, and Jaxxon knew some of the waitstaff. A few were Twi'lek females, too, which meant they could start scouting even here for their "independent contractors." Jaxxon also knew the wine steward, a relatively young Twi'lek male, bright red, who made the Lepi's Kiffar acquaintance the target of many arch looks. It seemed that not only females on Tatooine were in the freelance pleasure trade. Jaxxon was nothing if not observant. "Hey, Kim, I think Jonar likes you. He's not that old, and you know about Twi'lek males--they're tight." He licked his muzzle a little morosely. "Too tight ...

Title: Six Author: helgaleena  hlglne Theme: 40-- the triple goddess Claim: Quinlan Vos Rating: R Character(s) and/or Pairing(s): POV Tholme, Quin, six women in his life Summary: There have always been women in Quin's life, thank goodness. Warning(s): psychobabble Notes: This took the most thought of any Quinlan Vos I have ever written. My brain hurts now. EU When I retired as sector Guardian to be a 'healer' who specialized in espionage, it was in order to do what was best for my padawan. My beloved says that just as she is a more mobile example of her deep-rooted and long-lived species, I am a rather more stable and insoluble example of mine. I am fond of just sitting, when I can afford to. It has not turned me into a pile of tensionless flab, however; it has turned me into a root. Now the Order is dissolved, and it is most expedient for its remnants to take root. This includes my former padawan, my only 'child', Master Quinlan Vos. The F...
