He has gone on to become a popular character in the Dark Horse graphic novels, set in the Star Wars Extended Universe. He and his padawan Aayla Secura pleased George Lucas enough that he added them into the next two prequel films. Then the computer-animated Clone Wars tv show made Quin a regular. Most recently he was paired up with Assaj Ventress in the new series of official Star Wars novels. My fanfiction is set in the world of Ostrander and Duursema's graphic novels. This video series helps to reconcile this new Vos with the older, Dark Horse one, where he was allowed to go undercover to the Nightsisters of Dathomir directly, and Dooku does not remember anything about 'Admiral Enigma' trying to kill him after he cuts down Assaj (in Golden's romance). I have read Christie's book now, and it paints Quinlan as a sort of naive 'Goodfellas' gangster with a heart of mush, rather than the Dark Horse badass who operated out of the Wheel trade outpost and watched his future baby-momma grow up in the gutter.
